working on the Information Assurance (IA) side of JIPM so I don't have
deep insight into what it does or what it's features are, but from what
I can tell, it's like the central satellite station supporting many
remote satelite terminals (think internet over Dish Network). The
picture was taken in Carlsbad. I was in Arizona at the time, but I know
and have worked with many of the people in the photo. Go JIPM!
