WICKED!

Michelle came to visit us for her birthday present to herself. She and Spencer drove down to Arizona, they left on Thursday and got to our place around noon on Friday. Greg came home early from work, and we walked to the park, ate a yummy dinner, then went to the outdoor mall to walk around and get Michelle some shoes. We came home, ate ice cream, and watched psych. On Saturday morning we had pancakes, then Spencer and Greg went on a compass directed bike ride to pass off a scouting requirement. Michelle and I took the girls to the park while they were gone. When we got back we ate lunch, cleaned ourselves up and then went to go see the play Wicked! It was amazing. We got to sit on the 5th row, and the acting/costumes/singing/props were perfect. I would see it again if given the choice.

When we were leaving the play we called Greg and he ran to a family favorite of ours - Oregeno's - to get us a table. He ordered us four different dishes, and they were ready right when we met up with him there. Dinner was so good! I think all of us loved the pizza most of all.

After dinner we walked to the Gilbert water tower. Poor Michelle had a pretty good sized blister by then.

After dinner and our little walk, we went home and had some birthday cake. Of course, I couldn't find the candles, so we used a toothpick. Not as effective, but gets the idea across.
