Our Little Ladybug

Auburn was a ladybug for Halloween, a $3.50 ladybug! After desiring this costume, then thinking about this one, I had to make a decision as to whether or not I would be using this one costume the rest of my life. Answer: no; bringing us to the conclusion that I will not be spending $50 for one Halloween costume. A little pray was answered when I found THE PERFECT SIZE at our local consignment store that was not only cheap, but also 50% off!!!!

Are there costumes the most amazing you've ever seen or what? Evan was "Russell" and Maddie was "Kevin" from the movie "Up!" They even had balloons with a house. Kudos to Sarah for starting WAY in advance and getting this all done with time to spare! There was no day before Halloween bargain shopping for her.

These Cupboards

Our particular cupboards were made for hiding. They are perfect size "Auburn." We even left one empty and unlocked so that she can hide in there whenever she wishes.



Doesn't picture make cupboard play look like utopia? I wish I could fit in there!

Pillow Case

I made this pillow case for my youngest brother for Halloween:


I took pictures of the other pillow case I made for my other brother, but I can't find them right now. Probably somewhere on Greg's computer. I made him a spiderweb.

Kisses

This is Auburn kissing Dad. She ALWAYS makes her nose scrunch up against her lips. It's just how she kisses. I hope I always remember her cute kissy face

Only Daddy

It's easy to figure out who's responsible for this situation....on the counter with a sharp object.....must be DADDY!!!! And I have the picture evidence. Haha!

Auburn says "Shoe"

Here Auburn is saying one of here favorite words: "Shoe." I've never seen someone say the word "shoe" so adorably.

Friends

These are Auburn's best friends, Evan and Maddie. She loves playing with them. Maddie is two month's younger than Auburn, and they are the same height, and have the same amount of hair, which basically means they're best friends.



When they come over we play "race car" and with all of our cool puppets. We love going to the splash pad together, and everything else we can think of.

Sprinklers

For FHE Dad turned on the (newly repaired) sprinklers and we walked through them. Auburn loved playing in the water.

Auburn into Everything

Normally when somone says that their kid gets into everything, they might not literally mean that they pysically get into everything. Well, Auburn really does get _into_ everything -- including our pans. (As well as our cupboards, recycling box, desk drawers, etc.)

You got to love this girl.
